A 1000 Mbps Znet internet connection is installed, subject to a one-year contract commitment (valid until next summer).
Heating is provided by an air-conditioning unit capable of both cooling and heating; additionally, electric underfloor heating enhances comfort during colder months. During the heating season, the air conditioner operates on a discounted "H-tariff" electricity rate.
During the renovation, 10 cm of insulation was applied to the façade, and 25 cm to the roof.
Utility costs are calculated based on meter readings, while internet and waste disposal fees are payable based on invoices.
