On Fonyód's Main Street, on two adjacent plots totaling 2,032 m2, a condominium complex with 5 apartments in each building is being developed in two phases.
In the first phase, modern, energy-efficient, high-quality townhouse apartments near Lake Balaton are for sale. These units feature private garden access and individual terraces, with reduced living areas between 91-96 m2 and 4 rooms.

Each interior two-story apartment boasts similar specifications and layouts: on the ground floor, an entrance hall, an open-plan kitchen with living room, a bedroom, and a shower bathroom with toilet; upstairs, two additional bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a utility room (for HVAC and laundry), a hallway, and in some cases, a loggia. The exterior facade is finished with 15 cm insulation and white stucco. The living room opens to the terrace and garden through large windows.
Heating is provided by underfloor heating, while ceiling cooling ensures comfort in summer. Each apartment has its own built-in heat pump for heating, cooling, and hot water supply, with temperature control available in each room separately.
The wet areas have separate ventilation systems. Dehumidifiers are provided for each apartment.
Each unit has independent utility meters.

Party walls between apartments are made of 30 cm soundproof bricks, while interior partitions are drywall.
- Roofing: Gray CREATON glazed tile roofing.
- Entrance doors: HPL-coated plastic structures with multi-point locking security systems.
- Interior doors can still be freely chosen at this stage of construction.
- Flooring: laminated parquet in the rooms; ceramic tiles in other areas; kitchen, bathrooms, and toilets will have tiled walls. Interior walls will be smoothed and painted white or in light colors.
- Buyers can select flooring and wall colors as long as the construction progress allows.
- Electrical connection: 3x20A + 1x20A H tariff per apartment.

Introductory prices range from 99.9 million HUF to 124.2 million HUF, with optional parking spaces available for 2.5 million HUF each.
