Water supply:

The water supply for the site can be provided from the water network of Csány.
The maximum water withdrawal capacity is 250 m³/day.
The required firewater supply cannot be ensured from the existing pressure pipeline; therefore, construction of firewater reservoirs will be necessary depending on the size of the fire compartments and the fire load.
Technically, it is also possible to use water from the nearby lake for fire-fighting purposes.

Wastewater disposal:

A pressurized sewer network was built in Csány four years ago.
A joint wastewater treatment plant operates in Adács, shared with the settlements of Adács, Atkár, and Vámosgyörk, with a capacity of 1,000 m³/day.
Currently, the average incoming wastewater volume is around 560 m³/day, so the plant has sufficient free capacity.

Natural gas supply:

A medium-pressure gas distribution network has been built in Csány, with a free capacity of approx. 200 Nm³/hour.
In addition, a high medium-pressure gas distribution pipeline (operating pressure 8.0 bar) runs nearby, with an additional free capacity of approx. 1,500 Nm³/hour.

Electricity supply:

A 20 kV network is available at the site for power supply.
Custom 20/0.4 kV transformers can be installed as needed.
Construction can already begin with the currently available 630 kVA transformer.

Telecommunications:

A network has already been built up to the boundary of the site, and connections can be provided according to demand.
