THE SETTING is simply fabulous: In addition to the fact that you really(!) can only hear birdsong, the street from which the property is accessible by car is a good-quality asphalted cul-de-sac, and we are at the very end of it, so there is no noise from through traffic either. THE HOUSE was built in the 1980s and – apart from the external load-bearing walls and the roof structure, which is in perfect condition – was completely renovated / rebuilt in 2025.
