Description
For sale in one of the most atmospheric villages of the Tolna County Valley in a friendly, welcoming village community - in a quiet street of Bonyhádvarasd, a 4-room, 146 sqm, long porch Swabian farmhouse with 50 cm thick walls, 3.1 m interior height, in good condition for its 110 years old, but in need of renovation (can be modernized on request), in authentic condition. During its century-old history, hardly any changes affecting the originality of the house have occurred, and it can be restored to its original state with little work. In the clean room, due to the 110-year movements of the building, some cracks are visible in the clean room, which are typical of infill walls, but the building is statically solid. The main parts of the roof structure are in excellent condition, at most a few roof battens and storm-torn tiles need to be replaced.
The building's electrical network was renewed in 2019 with copper wires, larger wire cross-section, grounding, and contact protection.
