Description
Investment Apartment for Sale Next to Pope John Paul II Square, on Népszínház Street
If you are looking for a hassle-free investment that requires no further spending and generates income immediately, this property is worth seeing.
For sale in central Budapest, on Népszínház Street in District VIII, is my renovated 33 m² apartment with excellent transport connections. It has been successfully operating as a mid-term rental for several years, but it is also an excellent option for long-term letting.
Why is it special?
A full renovation was completed three years ago, so there is nothing to spend on—simply take it over and start operating it. The apartment consists of one room, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
It does not currently have a loft level, but one can be added.
Expansion opportunity
An adjacent 8.5 m² shared space can be purchased and connected to the apartment. (No other apartment has direct access to this space.)
Features
New heating and cooling air-conditioning unit
Washing machine
Electric stove and oven
Fully furnished and equipped
All furniture is included in the purchase price
Heating is currently provided by the air-conditioning unit, but it can also be switched to a gas convector heater. Gas has already been connected but is currently turned off, and the convector is available.
The building
The building is secure, with a coded entrance gate and a chip-access security grille.
The building itself needs renovation inside and out, and the building manager is already exploring the possibilities for this work.
For this reason, I recommend it if you can wait a few years for the renovation to be completed—after that, you could sell it for at least double the price.
It is priced this affordably because, while the apartment itself is beautiful and in good condition, the building does not currently look its best. That said, more and more nicely renovated apartments are appearing in the building.
A location that always sells itself
Metro Line 4 is 1 minute away.
Blaha Lujza Square is 3 minutes away.
International students—such as Erasmus and PhD students—love the area, and the apartment can consistently be rented out within two weeks.
I simply hand it over, and from then on, it generates income for you.
You buy directly from the owner—me.
If it sounds interesting, let’s arrange a viewing.
