An ideal investment project due to strong future tourism figures. Our project is the closest to the new Hungarian port in Fertőrákos, right on the access road. The marina and beach area are already open, while the remaining sections are under development. The new Lake Neusiedl cycle path also passes directly in front of our gate. We are located on the only access road to the new port, right next to the Lake Neusiedl cycle path.

The new highway tunnel between Klingenbach and Fertőrákos also opened in December. This allows all tourists to exit directly at Fertőrákos.

Hungary has only this single lake connection! It will be the most modern and largest port—currently the largest tourism project in Hungary.

During the construction of our holiday village, we paid special attention to sustainability and closeness to nature, using plenty of wood and natural building materials, without ground sealing or concrete paving. For the owner, a larger 35 sqm house equipped with a kitchen and high-specification fittings was also built, according to their needs.

There are already 5 completed holiday homes on the property with full utilities, high-quality furnishings, exclusive bathrooms, air conditioning, box-spring beds, and much more. A 6th house is under construction (80% complete).
The houses were not built with prefabricated panels or cheap technology. They are insulated timber-frame structures suitable for winter living as well. Thus, they can be rented out year-round.

The garden has been landscaped with great care and exclusive bonsai trees, and every house features its own private garden area and terrace for relaxation.
