Description
A freshly renovated, unfurnished apartment is available for rent in Orczynegyed, located on the second floor of the building.
The apartment consists of a kitchen with an entrance area, one room, and a bathroom. It is not lofted and comes equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, electric oven, and gas stove.
Heating is provided by a gas convector, with an electric heater in the bathroom.
Pets can be allowed, although I might not allow it if I feel uncomfortable.
What I would also like and will help with:
- Contract (I will arrange and pay for it.)
- The tenant is required to provide a notarised declaration undertaking to vacate the property upon termination of the tenancy.(I'll pay half of this if a bill is provided)(in hungarian this is called közjegyző előtt tett nyilatkozat)
- Official employer’s certificate that is not older than 30 days
- Official certificate of good conduct that is not older than 30 days.
