For Sale: Fully Renovated Tiny Family House with a 2,031 m² Plot in the Centre of Tiszaszentimre Village

For sale: a 50 m² family house in the centre of Tiszaszentimre, fully renovated 3 years ago, on a 2,031 m² fenced and well-kept plot. The property has been used as a weekend house, and we renovated it for our own use. Some of the furnishings are included in the price, by arrangement.

The house has 4 rooms. The front door opens into a small entrance hall with plenty of room for a storage cabinet, coat rack and bench. Opposite is the bathroom, with a shower cabin, toilet and a custom-made washbasin. A practical built-in wall storage unit from the original layout is also here, and we chose to keep it. The spacious street-facing room currently serves as a combined living room and bedroom. The room facing the back yard is a kitchen and dining room. The kitchen area next to the sink has a connection for a washing machine. We have been cooking on a portable electric hob, but a built-in electric cooktop can also be installed.

The house is of traditional construction with adobe (mud-brick) walls. During the renovation, most of the doors and windows were replaced, and the entire electrical system was rewired, including an H-tariff connection (a discounted electricity rate for heating). Mains water was connected, and heating is provided by an air conditioner and a Norwegian-style electric panel heater. The roof structure received new tile-effect metal roofing, and the veranda ceiling was clad with wood panelling. The exterior painting of the house is left to the new owner.

A major advantage of the property is its large, versatile garden, ideal for a rural lifestyle. It offers great opportunities for gardening, farming or keeping animals, or for creating a large, continuous leisure garden (with a pool, sauna, barbecue and outdoor cooking area, etc.).

The larger nearby towns have popular beaches, restaurants and other tourist attractions to choose from.
