A bright, two-bedroom flat is available to let in the southern part of the 11th district, in Albertfalva.
During the complete refurbishment carried out a few years ago, the electrical wiring and windows and doors were replaced, and the flat has now been fitted with new parquet flooring and freshly painted. The kitchen-diner is fully equipped, and central heating is provided by a gas boiler. The windows and doors can be shaded with shutters, so the bright flat can be kept completely cool during the summer heat thanks to the thick brick walls, and heating costs in winter are also low.
