Newly refurbished flat, with 2 separate bedrooms, living room and kitchen/entrance area. The 3 main rooms can be interconnected with double doors which is a typical feature in the historic apartments in Budapest. There is a in suite bathroom for the master bedroom, and an other smaller bathroom/utility room. We put one air-condition in the master bedroom and the living room. Heating is with central gas heating and/or air-condition. The kitchen is from IKEA and it fully equipped. Mobile furnitures can be provided upon request. The flat can be reached from the outside courtyard corridor, which use is shared with the 2 next-door apartments. The landlord leave in one of them actually. Ideal rental period would be minimum one year. LGBTQ friendly.
