The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, so it is ready to move into. If you have your own furniture, you are of course welcome to bring it, and if anything else is needed, I can also provide additional furniture by agreement.
The apartment is bright, quiet and comfortable, and it was designed to be practical and pleasant for everyday living. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the apartment includes a washing machine and TV. All rooms are air-conditioned, and the bathroom has a bathtub.
The neighborhood is calm, while still being very well connected. Shops, cafés, restaurants and several public transport options are all nearby. The city centre and the Danube are also easy to reach.
Rent: HUF 250,000 / month
The common cost is HUF 20,000 / month, which includes water, waste collection, cleaning and maintenance of the common areas, as well as the operation of the elevator.
Gas and electricity are paid based on individual consumption. Based on previous usage, the two together are usually around HUF 10,000 / month.
