•Payment at Move-in: 2 months' security deposit + 1st month's rent and common fee
•Lease Term: Minimum 1-year contract using the owner-provided lease agreement
•Legal Requirement: A notarized move-out statement ('kiköltözési nyilatkozat'), paid for by the tenant and renewable upon contract extension. (Please note that for foreigners, non-Hungarian speakers need a notary who speaks English and is able to prepare a bilingnmove-out statement and they charge higher costs.
