The Apartment

The apartment is located on the second floor of the 10-apartment residential building and is accessed from a separate corridor opening from the stairwell.

Thanks to its well-designed layout and two full bathrooms, this apartment can become a comfortable and highly practical home. Despite its compact size, the kitchen has sufficient space for all necessary appliances.

Upon entering the apartment, the hallway provides an opportunity for a built-in wardrobe. Both bedrooms are large enough to accommodate fitted wardrobes, providing ample storage capacity throughout the apartment.

Technical Specifications

The building is constructed using Porotherm Xtherm smart bricks, which provide 40–60% better thermal insulation performance compared to conventional systems, supplemented by 10 cm EPS external thermal insulation.

The windows and doors are made of PVC, with coloured exterior surfaces and 80 mm profiles, providing excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. Despite their large dimensions wherever possible, the windows and terrace doors offer outstanding insulation performance.

In the bathrooms, liquid-applied waterproofing is installed up to a height of 2 metres around the showers and bathtubs. The sanitary installations feature concealed, in-wall Viega WC cisterns and installation frames.

Building Services / HVAC

The mechanical and comfort systems represent the highest level of technical specification. Heating and cooling are provided by a heat-pump system, installed with an appropriately sized and adequately dimensioned buffer tank.

The system is complemented by Viega ceiling cooling and underfloor heating.

Smart Home

The apartments are equipped with a Smart Pierre smart-home system, providing comprehensive centralised control.

Modern living is supported by a 10-inch BERLIN PDSP-BER touchscreen central control unit, which functions as a thermostat, home automation control panel and indoor intercom unit.

The system operates via Ethernet or wireless connection, is powered by 220V and can be wall-mounted. All system functions are also accessible via smartphone, including the video intercom, control of the residential building’s garage door, four-zone heating and cooling regulation, as well as the programming and operation of the shading systems.
