The property has a mixed designation. According to the Land Registry, the building is registered as residential house, courtyard and farm building (b), while the above-mentioned land is registered as arable land (a).

The property can only be purchased as a single unit through the Hungarian statutory procedure applicable to the sale of agricultural land (approximately 3–4 months).

The property currently holds all permits required for operating a 32-bed community accommodation facility (Public Health Authority, NTAK, Fire Department, etc.).
