I am offering for sale my 47 m², 1.5-room apartment located at Pécs, Ajtósi Dürer utca 6/B, 4/14. The rooms are separate and situated at opposite ends of the apartment. The bathroom and toilet are in separate rooms. The apartment has plastic windows and doors fitted with shutters and mosquito nets.
The Medical University is a 10-minute walk away, which was one of the main reasons I originally bought the apartment. The street and the stairwell are quiet. The utility costs are favourable: the apartment has a regularly maintained, high-performance cooling-heating air conditioner, it is a middle apartment, and in winter it hardly needs heating. The common cost is currently HUF 10,655 per month. District heating, cold and hot water, and electricity are individually metered; only the gas is paid as a flat rate, currently HUF 4,225 every three months.
Nearby you can find a bus stop, Aldi, Lidl, Spar, a pharmacy, a gym, and free public parking. The apartment also includes a private, lockable storage unit in the basement.
If requested, the apartment can be sold together with all furniture and household appliances. These include a fridge-freezer, a top-loading washing machine, a dishwasher, and a dryer. These are included in the purchase price. I would prefer this option, but of course, if the buyer does not need them, I will remove them.
Telekom optical fibre cable is installed in the apartment.
The property is free from litigation, claims, and encumbrances, and I am the sole owner with 1/1 ownership.
