The rental includes full use of common areas (client waiting area, kitchen, restroom). The office is bright, air-conditioned, and tastefully furnished; it is situated on the second floor of a well-maintained building equipped with a glass elevator. The room is offered furnished as shown in the photos.

Room details:
Rent: 110,000 HUF/month, plus a share of utility costs proportional to the floor area: 30,000–35,000 HUF/month.
The above includes:
- use of the rented room, equipped with a workstation for one person (desk + chair) and a meeting area (meeting table + 6 chairs);
- use of the client waiting area;
- use of common areas (kitchen + dining area), restrooms (for both clients and personal use), and appliances (e.g., coffee maker, etc.);
- office cleaning costs;
- full utility costs for the room;
- internet access fees.

Printing services are also available; costs are calculated monthly based on actual usage.

For a trainee lawyer or administrative assistant, we can also provide an additional workstation (desk + chair) outside the rented room; the fee for this, including utilities, is 50,000 HUF/month. (The workstation is not available for rent separately.)
