Despite its central inner-Buda location, the area is quiet, particularly safe, and close to green spaces (Kis-Sváb Hill, Városmajor Park, Vérmező), in Buda’s central district. Many young families have moved here in recent years, and infrastructure developments have followed suit: modern playgrounds, private and public nurseries, kindergartens, schools, swimming pools, gyms, and grocery stores are all just minutes on foot from the property.

Déli Railway Station, the red metro line, the Buda tram lines (17, 61), as well as tram lines 56 and 59 are just steps away. The following buses also serve the area: 21, 39, 102, 139, 140, 221, along with two night lines: 960 and 990. Street parking is available with a permit, and parking spaces are generally accessible.
