We are offering for sale our beloved family house, which has been in our family's ownership since 1971 and has provided a warm home for generations. The house is now being listed following an inheritance, advertised directly by the owners.
The property is located in a quiet, paved, and sewered side street, an 8-minute walk or 2-minute drive from the centre of Soroksár, in the 23rd district of Budapest.
It is a 70 square metre, two-bedroom house with a kitchen, bathroom, wide entrance hall, pantry, and an enclosed veranda. The rooms have parquet flooring, the entrance hall and bathroom have stone tiling, and the kitchen and veranda have linoleum. The house features wooden-framed windows, a clay tile roof, and an attic.
