- Between 2023-2024, a complete renovation was carried out with plans: full external insulation (painting not yet done), ceiling insulation, window replacements, roof covering replacement, metalwork, etc. Inside, a full interior renovation: new floor layers, underfloor heating system, piping, electrical wiring, flooring, sanitary ware, air conditioning, interior doors, new kitchen with new appliances, and more.
- The power supply is 3x16 Amps. The house has connected mains water, sewage, gas, internet, and cable TV. A drilled well is available in the yard.
- This family house offers a true home for a family of 4-5, but it is also comfortable for one or two people. Thanks to excellent insulation and an efficient heating system, utility costs are very low, and an ideal temperature can be maintained all year round.
- Upon request, the owner will undertake the exterior painting of the house in the chosen color. The new built-in furniture and the new kitchen appliances, still under warranty, will remain inside.
