The apartment has everything you need, fully furnished - with appliances and full equipment, including kitchen utensils. The available household appliances are: air conditioner, TV, washing machine, fridge, microwave, gas stove, capsule coffee maker, kettle, hair dryer. Here, you only need to bring your clothes!

The living room and the small room open into each other and are separated by a curtain. There’s a balcony. The windows have shutters and mosquito nets. The apartment also has a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, a large dining-kitchen area, and a wardrobe room. The apartment is clean and tidy, and most of the furniture comes from IKEA and Jysk. It’s an attic apartment with a good ceiling height (2.80 m), comfortable and spacious.

The apartment has with a private garden area, complete with a seating set and a storage room.

The total utility cost so far is usually around 10,000 HUF in the summer, and during the heating season it's about 25-30,000 HUF.

The apartment is rented out to single people or couples. Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets. We do not rent it out for workers' accommodation at all. The owners (a married couple) live on the middle floor of the house. The rental apartment has its own entrance at the back of the house, which can be reached via an outdoor staircase. Parking is available in designated spots on the street, in a quiet, traffic-free, safe side street.

Deposit: 2 months' rent.
Move-in: by mutual agreement.
Duration: minimum 1 year.
