The common areas are fully furnished, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The refrigerator was purchased less than a year ago. The children's furniture and TV shown in the photos are not included in the rental.

The other bedroom is rented by a woman in her twenties with her cat, so we are primarily looking for a female flatmate of a similar age, with a calm lifestyle and an interest in maintaining a respectful and pleasant living environment.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, but it is allowed on the terrace.
Cats are welcome. Unfortunately, dogs cannot be accommodated.
