Description
Our beloved apartment is for rent in an extremely frequented, yet quiet, small street. Szabolcska Mihály Street is a charming little street with yellow cobblestones and many trees. In the middle of this street is the 10-apartment apartment building, on the 3rd floor of which is our 81 m2 apartment for rent, with a 2.5 m2 balcony. The area is famous for its togetherness and love and protection of urban nature. The following is not new to those who know the area, but for those who are not familiar with the area, I am writing that the M4 metro stop, tram and bus stop to all directions of the city are 3 minutes walk from the apartment. The Szent Kristóf clinic is the same distance away. There is a small shop on the corner of the street, a 2-minute walk, but the Allee shopping center is not far either, only a 4-minute walk. Within a 15-minute walk there are restaurants (e.g. the gastronomically special part of Bartók Béla), theater, galleries, gyms, organic shop, packaging-free shop, Lake Feneketlen and Gellért Hill. Many university buildings are also very easily accessible from here.
The apartment has undergone a complete renovation in several parts, the last phase of which was completed 5 years ago, with the installation of a modern condensing gas boiler. After moving out, a clean painting and a big spring cleaning took place, so the property is ready to move into immediately. It is currently unfurnished, but we can provide furniture if required.
The apartment is mechanized, but there is currently no refrigerator and washing machine. We can also bring this if necessary. However, a hob, oven, dishwasher, air conditioning machine are available. All windows are equipped with shutters.
The apartment is centred around a spacious open‑plan living room with an American‑style kitchen (32.1 m²). From this space, a dining area (11.1 m²) is accessed, which in turn leads to one of the bedrooms (11.3 m²), separated by a glass partition.
From the entrance hall (4.1 m²), a laundry/walk‑in wardrobe room (3.34 m²) is accessible. In addition, there is a second bedroom (12.5 m²).
The bathroom (4.5 m²) and the WC are located in separate rooms, positioned in a more secluded part of the apartment.
