Description
I am offering for sale my partially renovated family house in Makkoshotyka, a quiet hamlet at the foot of the Zemplén Mountains. The settlement is located on the National Blue Trail route, bordered by the Zemplén Mountains to the north and the Tokaj-Hegyalja Mountains to the south (its distance is 17 km from Sátoraljaújhely, 6 km from Sárospatak, 2.5 km from the Hercegkút wine cellars).
The property is located at the end of the village towards the Zemplén Landscape Protection Area, on the bank of the Hotyka stream, on a 977m2 plot: it consists of a 80 m2 main house, a 39m2 light-structured outbuilding and a 21 m2 garage.
To date, the works have established both the external and internal spatial layout, including landscaping, the construction of lightweight outbuildings, and the creation of a living room with kitchen, bathroom, hallway, and terraces. The replacement of the building’s subfloor has been completed, including insulation and concreting, along with the installation of the water and sewage networks. In addition, ceiling and internal wall surfaces have been plasterboarded and prepared for painting and finishing works.
Completion of the remaining works will be determined in line with the future owner’s expectations.
