Perhaps homes receive their souls from the lives they hold.

I was completed in 2008.

Not as an investment.
Not for a quick sale.
But as a home.

I was built for light, for space, for family life and quiet moments alike.
For being together — and for finding privacy when needed.

Over the years, I have seen children grow up, families gather, dreams take shape and new chapters begin.

Today, I offer approximately 280 m² of living space across two levels, plus a spacious lower ground floor with its own living area, kitchen and bathroom.

I can be many things:

A multi-generational home.
A guesthouse.
A retreat space.
A place for creativity, learning and connection.

Or simply a beautiful place to live.

I stand in Agárd, directly opposite the Thermal Spa, yet remain surprisingly peaceful throughout the year.

My garden offers nearly 1,400 m² of greenery, mature trees, flowers, birdsong and space to breathe.

I am not perfect.
I have no external insulation.

I do, however, offer energy-efficient heating and cooling through H-tariff air-conditioning units, underfloor heating, and a robust gas boiler.

I am an honest house.
With real spaces.
And real stories.

And what I still love most is that moment when someone steps inside, pauses for a second...

and feels that there is more here than rooms and walls.

There is... life.
