The huge living room comfortably serves many functions in one space: besides your sofa, TV, shelves and wardrobes, there is also plenty of room for a dining table and a desk.
The simple built-in wardrobe, reaching all the way to the ceiling, offers a surprising amount of storage space.
Both balconies open from the living room: one is spacious enough for two people to sit and relax comfortably, while the other is perfect for drying clothes.

The small bedroom can accommodate a double bed.

The kitchen has a window and comes with a gas stove and kitchen cabinets. Please bring your own refrigerator!
Opposite the kitchen there is also a pantry with shelves, offering even more storage space than you would expect.

After a long day, you can stretch out and relax in the bathtub in the bathroom.
The bathroom also includes the toilet and space for your washing machine.
Lots of shelves and a large mirror make your morning routine even more comfortable.

but our additional photos show how practically and cozily it can be furnished. :)

Utilities:

* Gas, electricity and water all have separate meters, so the costs depend on your own usage, approximately HUF 30,000/month in total.
* Gas averages around HUF 10,000/month and was only around HUF 15,000 even during winter months.
* Common cost: HUF 9,300, including garbage collection and stairway cleaning.
* Electricity and water depend on your own consumption, but electricity was around HUF 3,500/month, while water for two people was HUF 10,000 for two months.

Two months’ deposit required.

Transportation:
The 45 bus stop is only 1–2 minutes away, and the suburban railway (HÉV) is about a 10-minute walk,
so you can reach Örs vezér tere in 15–20 minutes and Blaha Lujza tér in around 35 minutes.

Other useful information:

* Parking is available on public areas, inside the gate, or on the street
* A Lidl supermarket with a pharmacy next to it is nearby, and there is also a small convenience store just around the corner
* GP clinic and another pharmacy are located in the nearby Erzsébetliget area
* We love pets, but not inside the apartment. Please keep browsing if your pet would move in with you.
