• Utilities network: water pipes are made from KPE piping; the electrical network uses copper wiring with 3x20 A capacity.
• All utilities are connected.

Actual Consumption Data:
The solar system and insulation fully cover winter heating costs (maintaining 22°C), summer cooling (24°C), hot water production, total household electricity consumption, and cooking.

• Electricity bill: 0 HUF over the past two years; annual settlement even resulted in a refund from the utility provider.
