Maintenance:

The current common cost is 21,870 HUF/month, which includes unlimited water usage. Heating is provided by Főtáv, with individual radiator meters; the flat monthly fee is approximately 3,000–5,000 HUF. Electricity and gas consumption are individually metered.

Several service providers are available in the building; currently, there is a contract with One provider, connected via cable (fee 14,000 HUF/month).

Neighborhood and transportation:

Right in front of the building are bus stops for lines 914 and 914A.
