Description
In an absolute prime location in Budapest’s 5th district, directly on József Nádor tér – arguably the most beautiful square in the center of the Hungarian capital – we are offering two breathtaking, barrier-free smart home luxury apartments for first occupancy after renovation.
The apartments are located on the 2nd floor of a very well-maintained 19th-century building. In each apartment, the two larger rooms offer panoramic views over the beautiful square, which has recently undergone an extensive renovation. Thanks to their southwest orientation, both apartments are exceptionally bright. The larger apartment also features a balcony.
The layouts are ideal. Through an entrance area with a built-in wardrobe, you enter the open-plan, exclusively fitted kitchen and dining area (with kitchen island in the larger apartment), adjoining the spacious living room. Budapest’s main pedestrian shopping street, Váci utca, the nearest metro station at Vörösmarty tér with the world-famous Café Gerbeaud, the iconic Four Seasons Hotel, the Danube River, and the famous Chain Bridge are all just a few minutes’ walk away.
Parking is always easily available directly in front of the building, as access to the square is restricted to residents only. We are happy to assist with obtaining the required residential parking permit. In addition, a new and very modern underground parking garage is located beneath the square, where parking spaces can be rented long-term at special rates.
