Description
The total floor area of the apartment is 45 square meters (including the loft).
It features a kitchenette equipped with appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, stove), a bathroom with high-quality tile flooring and a shower, and a living room. A staircase leads from the living room to the loft, which offers space for a bed approximately 160 cm wide, storage for clothing, and a work area with natural light. Please note: The ceiling height in the loft is only suitable for people up to 1.80 m tall.
The apartment is rented unfurnished (with the exception of the kitchen). Partial furnishing is available for an additional fee.
The apartment is in a very central location, right on Déak Ferenc Square; shopping, restaurants, bars, and public transportation are all within easy walking distance.
The apartment is being handed over in a renovated condition.
Costs:
Rent: 250,000 HUF per month
Common expenses: 8,000 HUF per month (water is included)
Security deposit: 2 months’ rent
Electricity is billed based on usage. This also covers the underfloor heating and the air conditioning in the summer.
An internet contract must be arranged separately.
