Description
In Mártély, in a picturesque environment, not far from the Holtág River, a tastefully renovated family house is for sale, with neat outbuildings and a landscaped yard. The property is practically ready to move into immediately!

Thus, the monthly overhead consists almost exclusively of water consumption, garbage disposal, and minimal electricity and gas fees.
The interior of the house is also tastefully designed. It has new, natural wood-style kitchen furniture, and all the furniture represents a uniform, natural wood-effect style. Many movable items can be part of the purchase price if desired.
