The Apartment has a bathroom with a shower stall, and the toilet is located in a separate room. But the Apartment can also be rented separately! The apartment rent does not include the monthly flat-rate utility fee of HUF 50,000 / month payable to the Landlord (which covers the Condominium’s common costs, utility charges, and the fee for the already-purchased home insurance). The flat-rate utility fee shall be reviewed by the Parties every six months based on the actual monthly water, gas, and electricity consumption to be reported to the Landlord.

Smoking is permitted only on the balcony; it is prohibited inside the Apartment. Pets are allowed subject to the Landlord’s approval and upon payment of a higher security deposit.
