15. A fence or utility structure may be installed on the public land side of the land parcel, at a distance of at least 6-6 m from the axis of the dirt roads. A fence may be placed at a maximum of 2 m high on the land boundaries.
16. Areas withdrawn from cultivation must be replanted as well-maintained green areas to an extent of 80%.
