Just a few kilometers beyond the Austrian border lies a true natural paradise.

The unique Szigetköz is one of the most extraordinary natural landscapes in Central Europe and is often referred to as the “Heart of the Danube” due to its countless Danube branches.
Only about an hour from Vienna, a water-rich natural world unfolds here, featuring Danube branches, floodplain landscapes, small bays, and nearly endless recreational opportunities.
