The plots are located on the side of Cserszegtomaj closer to Keszthely. Lake Balaton, downtown Keszthely, the Hévíz thermal spa, numerous shopping centers, gas stations, and pharmacies are all within 5 km. From a transportation perspective, the location is highly advantageous: the plots are accessible via asphalt roads, the main road 71 is just 1.3 km away, and a bus stop is directly in front of the plots.
Cserszegtomaj, one of Central Europe’s largest settlements, offers peaceful relaxation and excellent opportunities for hiking, cycling, and horseback riding enthusiasts.
