- Heat pump heating and cooling with underfloor heating, centralized system with heat quantity metering; hot water provided by individual boilers in each apartment.
- Cooling: fan-coil preparation with piping.
- Drinking water supply from tested, certified wells with certified water purification systems.
- 3x16 Amp electrical capacity per apartment (heating-cooling on tariff H).
Interior finishes such as flooring, bathtubs, showers, sanitary ware, faucets, and interior doors can be selected by buyers from our coordinated material catalog developed together with interior designers.
