The apartment is located in the city centre, behind the opera house. Being a northeast-facing flat, you will catch the late morning and midday sunlight. It has a nice and quite balcony facing (facing the garden).

It is fully furnished (with aircon). The toilet and the bathroom (with a bathtub) are in two separate room.
The flat is available right away, ideally for a 12 months rental period (though a slightly shorter 6 months period will work too).
