Description
Semi-detached family house on the street right behind Almáskert.
The house was built in 2002, a two-storey, covered in Bramac tile, and has a carport excellent for up to three cars with a covered patio in the back. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom, on the lower level a living room, an american style kitchen, and a bath room, with a separate toilet and a pantry room are located. The house can be redesigned in several ways as desired, either by building in the attic, or by dividing the bedrooms which exceed 20 square meters. The front garden is suitable for creating a flower patch, in the back there is a tool shed and a built in stone barbecue. The two-circuit irrigation system in both gardens makes the maintenance of the them easier.
Transport is fairly easy by either car or by bus. Bus lines 182, 282E, 254E, 255E, 166, 266, 950, 950A, 184, 284E and 84E within few minutes’ walks. The tram, number 50, is reachable by one bus. Train stations going to Nyugati railway station are located within a few bus stops. The airport terminals can be reached in 14 minutes by car, however; the noise of the runways is not audible. Thanks to the wooded environment, in the mornings one hears birdsong earlier than environmental noises.
In the vicinity, excellent primary schools – bilingual English and German –, kindergartens and nurseries are located. In the district several high schools can be found, among them, one of the country’s most outstanding high-schools: the Karinthy Frigyes High-School, where preparation for international baccalaureate is also available.
The infrastructure is excellent too. Soroksár Auchan, Tesco, IKEA in few minutes’ car drive. Several smaller store chains; Lidl, Aldi, Spar are easily accessible. Within a few bus stops, two swimming pools are located,one of them is also reachable by foot. Four-seasons ice rink, sports hall and sports fields, as well as forest study trails, and playgrounds for little and bigger ones are located nearby.
