The Croatian border is 12 kilometers away, Pécs 45 kilometers, and Budapest 200 kilometers. The town provides a hospital, schools, a shopping center, post office, and all essential services. The Danube bank and its surroundings are excellent for hiking, cycling, and wine tours.
The holiday home is situated in Mohács’ Csele stream recreational area, in a picturesque setting, away from the city noise yet easily accessible. The area offers rich fishing opportunities and other leisure activities. Mohács town center, where all necessary services are available, is just a 5-minute drive or a 20-minute bike ride away via a developed bike path.
Accessibility: Mohács has excellent transport connections. It is quickly reachable via the M6 motorway, allowing comfortable and fast travel from the capital, Pécs, and other regional cities. From the motorway, the town can be accessed via main roads 56 or 57. The resort area is directly connected to Mohács city and can be easily reached by local roads.
The town’s central bus station provides connections to the rest of the region and local routes, with the nearest bus stop just 2 minutes from the property. The closest train station is in Mohács, offering regular services to Pécs and other major cities.
