44. General economic area – general regulations for construction zones marked "Gá-..."

150.§ (1) In general economic areas, buildings intended primarily for industrial and economic activities that do not have a significant impact on the environment, as well as buildings intended for commercial, service, and storage purposes, may be located.

(2) In addition to the purposes specified in paragraph (1), the building may also be used for

a) administrative, office,

b) religious, educational, health, social,

c) other community entertainment, and

d) sports

provided that it does not interfere with or restrict the use of the units specified in paragraph (1) and does not require protection from them.

(3) Independent tents or tarpaulin structures for commercial, service, economic, and industrial purposes may be erected in accordance with this decree and the provisions of the TKR.

(4) Containers, container-type buildings, materials, and other storage facilities, as well as facilities not intended for prolonged human habitation, may be placed only in areas not closed off from public spaces or public use, and only when hidden by the main building or buildings.

(5) A 5.0-meter-wide strip of land along the boundaries of general economic areas adjacent to residential, mixed-use, and special-use areas shall be subject to a planting obligation, unless the Regulatory Plan specifies a different size as the planting obligation.

(6) Underground structures and parts of structures may occupy such a portion of the building plot, taking into account the construction hydrological, engineering geological and geotechnical conditions, that the minimum green space requirement is met.

151. The limits for construction zones marked "Gá-" as specified by local regulations are set out in point 8 of Annex 3.
