In Budapest’s 12th district, on Szoboszlai Street, in a dead-end street branching off from Böszörményi Road, a 48 sqm, one and a half-room apartment is for sale. It is located on the 4th (top) floor, features a 5 sqm terrace, faces south, and offers a sunlit city panorama. The apartment has undergone continuous renovations over the years:
