Our beloved home is now for sale, as our children are slowly flying the nest.

About the building:
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a 29-unit condominium built in 2008, which is continuously maintained and has a flat roof. There is a roof garden above us, which contributes to the already good thermal insulation, so you don't have to worry about horrendous heating and air conditioning bills. The monthly common cost for the apartment + garages + storage rooms is 54,000 HUF. In return, a nice big elevator helps with weekly shopping and occasionally bringing up new furniture, plus a lush green, irrigated garden and well-maintained house, as well as a spacious, easy-to-maneuver underground garage and storage rooms await you every day. We have a close-knit community of residents who are exceptionally kind. We are the first owners of the apartment, and on our floor, all the owners are still the same as when we took possession of the building in 2008. An electric charger can be installed in the underground garage. The house is in good financial condition, and we are constantly spending money on maintenance.
The neighborhood:
The apartment overlooks the Rákos-patak (Rákos-stream), so there is a spacious area in front of us that will never be built on. The apartment is also an excellent investment. Soon, the industrial property on the banks of the stream will also be built up with residential buildings, making the neighborhood even prettier, which will increase the value of the apartment.
Everything is close by car (e.g., Keleti Railway Station is 15 minutes away, the M3 motorway is 5 minutes away), we are almost part of the city center, but the neighborhood is beautiful and suburban. Buses No. 7, 110, and 112 are a 4-minute walk away. Trams and bus No. 5 in Erzsébet királyné street are 8-minute walk away, and Bosnyák square is also an 8-minute walk away, from where there are numerous bus services to the city center, as well as a market and the new Zenit Corso shopping center.
There are several excellent schools (including a German and an English bilingual school) and kindergartens in the area, and all downtown high schools can be reached within half an hour without changing buses. There is a great playground, outdoor gym and sports fields within a 5-minute walk, and many people run and cycle along the stream. The area is also excellent for walking dogs, and there is a park right in front of the house.
