A plot of land with a panoramic garden situated in Loverberény is for sale directly from the owner, a few km from Lake Velence, less than 40 minutes by car from Budapest and 20 minutes from Fehérvár.
The property is located in the B-centre vineyard of the increasingly popular and beautiful Hársas Hill, in a beautiful forest-field natural environment from spring to autumn.
The plot, which we have used in recent years for kitchen gardening, weekend rest, barbecue and bathing in the garden for the children, has a panoramic view of the surrounding forests (Velence Mountains), as well as the Vértes, the Mór ditch and the eastern Bakony in the distance.
Full sun exposure which is extremely suitable for growing potatoes, peppers or tomatoes, for example.
Apart from the lack of volcanic rocks, the atmosphere of the landscape (vineyards, press houses, etc.) is strongly reminiscent of the Balaton Uplands, but not for hours, instead much closer to Budapest than the Balaton Uplands.
Water for growing crops and bathing in the garden is provided by a well, drilled in 2021 with plenty of water, a modern electric pump and twin tap outlets, which is also suitable for domestic utility use.

Access: the Wazze navigator, you have to write "Hársas-hegy" as the destination, from Nadap on the highway from the forest, when you arrive at the shovel, turn right at the very first exit (opposite to a Christ Cross on the opposite side of the road) on a concrete lane with a 20km/h limit, and a concrete lean leads up to B-center. You have to stop immediately before the destination according to the navigator, about 100 meters, looking down from the road, a lower plot to the left, with an exit, which is symbolically closed with a plastic white/red chain. An On Sale table is also displayed. Hiding under the chain, you can walk down and look around freely.
