For rent: a first-floor, newer-build, 65 sqm apartment with an excellent layout and a balcony.
From the stairwell, the apartment is accessed through an entry hall leading into a very bright, central living space: an open-plan, American-style kitchen–dining–living room. From this main area, the other rooms open up: the street-facing loggia, two separate bedrooms, as well as the bathroom and a separate toilet.
All windows of the apartment face southeast, making it very bright, sunnier in the mornings, and generally cooler during the rest of the day.
The apartment is heated and supplied with domestic hot water by an individually installed gas condensing boiler. Underfloor heating and air conditioning ensure a comfortable indoor temperature throughout the year.
The apartment is rented unfurnished, therefore pets are allowed; however, smoking is strictly prohibited, including on the loggia.
The kitchen is equipped with an extractor hood and a built-in electric stove, and space is provided for a private dishwasher. In addition, a cooling and heating air-conditioning unit is available in the main living area.
Waste collection and internet services can be contracted in the tenant’s own name; the owner provides the necessary consent, and we are happy to assist with the administration.
