The location, layout, and quality equipment of the apartment may be suitable for a manager, politician, demanding professional athlete as a temporary second home, for business, private meetings, and for receiving VIP guests. The location says everything about the favorable offer of services and transportation (including the airport). The apartment will be handed over fully equipped. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment. The apartment has its own parking lot in the house, its use is included in the fee. The settlement of the advance payment of common costs and consumption is done semi-annually.
To conclude the rental contract and hand over the apartment, two months' deposit and one month's rent must be paid in advance.
Minimum rental period: 12 months
I can provide an invoice for the rent in forints or euros.
Monthly rental fee 790,000.- HUF/month plus 60,000.- HUF common costs and utility deposit.
