Description
Mixed-culture 3.2534 ha orchard on the top of Kaposszerdahely at an altitude of 210-225 meters. In my opinion, the most beautiful plot near Kaposvár is at 12 topographical number (can be further expanded upon request), with a view of Kaposszerdahely, Kaposvár and the Badacsony Hill. The orchard is surrounded by a primeval forest, which keeps the biota (association) living there in such a microclimate, biodiversity and balance that it is possible to produce without irrigation and chemicals. The soil in the area has been untouched for nearly 20 years and the farming is completely chemical-free. The orchard is BIO certified and won support in the ÖKO tender running from 2025 to 2030. The plantation has plums, apricots, cherry plums, cherries, sour cherries, pecans, figs, walnuts, blackberries and rose hips, which can be shaped with other fruits as desired. The area is classified as a closed garden, fenced, has electricity, excellent signal strength, piped water can be arranged, and is also suitable for permanent residence, so it can become a 3-hectare playground for children or dogs. “The goal of the Kaposszerdahely Municipal Government Representative Body is to promote the development of a regulatory environment that is aligned with the actual function of closed garden properties by enabling their simplified withdrawal from agricultural cultivation.” There is a 460*560 lane on the entrance side. The Fonyód Market and Fair is easily accessible, where fresh fruits and products made from them can be sold. The finest spring water in the area flows at the fishing ponds of Tókaji Park near Kaposszerdahely. The neighboring Szenna is also a delightful village with an open-air museum, and Lake Petörke is located in a beautiful valley next to Bárdudvarnok, where a farmers’ market is held on Saturdays. Nearby is also the Kassai Valley and the wonderful Bánya, which is popular with hikers and those looking to relax. From the back of the plot, you can hike on horseback, quad, bicycle, etc. through forests and fields, through the Zselici Landscape Protection Area - where the Star Park is hidden, to Pécs or beyond...
