PLEASE NOTE
The all-inclusive fee is 135 EUR, containing all utility, internet and management costs.
A security deposit of two months’ rent is required.
A one-time admin fee applies before check-in.

Monday–Friday: 8:00 – 18:00
If you require a different check-in time, please message us and we will try to accommodate your request.
RENTAL CONDITIONS
A rental contract must be signed and respected by all tenants.
Required documents: ID copy + Proof of Address
All tenants must be listed during the booking and check-in process.
All payments (deposit & admin fee) must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing.
The security deposit is returned if the apartment is left in the same condition as received.
The deposit cannot be used as the final month’s rent.
Tenants must keep the accommodation clean and in good condition.
No parties, no loud noises and no smoking indoors.
No pets allowed.
Guests are allowed for a maximum of 5 days, longer stays require prior approval.
We issue legal rental contracts, provide official receipts, and can assist with residential visa applications if needed.
