Newly Built Family House with AA Energy Rating – Customizable Design!

Our latest newly built family house project is now available, featuring modern technology, premium materials, and outstanding energy efficiency (expected AA rating). Construction is currently at the foundation stage, so the interior layout, finishes, and sanitary fixtures can still be fully personalized!

The house is built with 30 cm ceramic walls, 12 cm exterior insulation, and 20 cm ceiling insulation. Heating and cooling are provided by an air-to-water heat pump with underfloor heating and fan-coil cooling, ensuring low utility costs and a comfortable indoor climate.

Triple-glazed plastic windows come with shutters and insect screens, while the terrace door features a motorized aluminum shutter. The interiors are crafted in a clean, modern style, with freely selectable floorings, doors, and paint colors. Decorative stucco will be applied where the ceiling meets the walls.

The bathroom is designed with high-quality sanitary ware and a modern layout, offering a choice between shower or bathtub options. Premium Hansgrohe fittings are pre-installed, with selectable sinks, taps, and accessories to complete the comfort.

Alarm system preparation is included as standard, and electrical wiring and lighting can be customized according to your needs.

The plot is fully fenced, and the paving of the entrance walkway, the path around the house, and one parking space are included in the price. The exterior appearance is modern but can be freely modified upon request.
