We have a property for sale in a mountain area near the M7 motorway (exit 170) close to Lake Balaton. The mountain path was recently named Búzavirág Street. The street frontage is 22 m wide and the property is about 122 m deep.

A growing number of villagers and holidaymakers are building on the vineyard. Orchard and arable land – officially planted – makes up 3% of the building area, and the roof height is 5 m. Houses with an attic offer a magnificent panorama with a view of Lake Balaton. The plot is heavily overgrown with many walnut, cherry, sour cherry trees and rosehip bushes.

The local government aims to support local wine yards, therefore one of their requirements is that the new owner needs to use a certain amount of the property for growing grapes. The property is connected to the local power grid, but there is no sewerage system and therefore no water supply. A local water supply can be arranged by drilling a well.
A concrete road continues along Szabadság Street, almost to Búzavirág Street. The two local beaches are just a 10-minute bike ride away (there's a paid beach by the village, and a free one right next to it). The area around Lake Balaton is also known for its spas. The famous Hévíz spa is just 20 km away, and the Zalakaros thermal baths are about 35 km away. Kehidakustány and Csiszta thermal baths are easily accessible by train and car.

The village is well connected via the local train station and long-distance buses in the neighboring village. Sármellék Airport is just 16 km away. The surrounding area is rich in nature and very quiet and peaceful.
