The house is beautifully furnished with fine furniture, a lovely kitchen, and a bathroom.
The adobe farmhouse has two rooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The house has two entrances: one leads to the hallway/entrance, while the other leads to a corridor that leads to the bathroom and a separate toilet.
At the far end of the house, attached to it, is a lightweight structure with two daybeds that can be pulled out to sleep four people. This part of the house has air conditioning, while the rest of the house does not, but it’s not needed as it remains refreshingly cool even in the hottest weather.
What is labeled as a terrace on the floor plan is actually a porch; I just couldn’t label it as such.

The yard has everything that might be needed. Multiple cars can park here.
There is a great swimming pool for cooling off, a gazebo with a table and chairs for shared meals and conversations, a fire pit, and a barbecue.
The plot is divided into two parts. The 1,000 m² surrounding the house is grassy, separated from the other 1,000 m² by a fence and a small gate, with fruit trees on the latter.
